In good news the air around New York has the potential to improve while we can grab a quick snack on the Subway.

More good news is New York is giving ‘The bay’ a fight for it’s money with leases up across Manhatten for AI tenants.

The bad news? AI is being used to construct DNA and Viruses, the potential for great good….but with great power comes great responsibility. That extinction event many talk about with AI the catalyst just got a little closer.
