We’re after a genuinely brilliant salesperson. The kind who lights up in a room full of investors and asset managers and walks out with the deal. If that’s you, keep reading, because this one’s a bit special.

We’re a fast-growing, VC-backed proptech business changing how the living real estate world makes money. Across student accommodation, co-living, build-to-rent and the wider residential sector, there’s a fortune in space sitting idle, summer voids, un-let units, flex gaps. We turn that dead space into a professionally managed revenue stream for operators and investors, without them having to stand up a hotel team to do it. In short: we let a residential building capture hotel-style upside on the rooms it isn’t using.

This is not a box-shifting software product sale and you won’t be running tech demos, we are a highly innovative AI led Organisation with market leading technology. That said You will be selling an outcome “give us this many units and we’ll generate you this much revenue” a consultative, numbers-led sale to financially literate people who own, manage and operate real estate. You’ll build the business case, own the spreadsheet, present it with real authority, and close it. Part closer, part storyteller, part analyst.

Key points to note amongst others:

You are no flying solo on this our marketing team feeds you qualified inbound and a dedicated SDR runs outbound, so you spend your time where you’re at your best working live opportunities and closing them, not cold-dialling all day.

You own the relationship for the long haul, taking a slice of the revenue your portfolio generates. It’s a bit like recruiting — win a client, look after them brilliantly, and grow with them as their portfolio grows. You’re attached to that account for its lifetime of the customer, looking for ways to increase your dealings and adding value to those known individuals and brands, not handing it off the moment ink dries.

Your commission is uncapped and properly transparent, a genuine revenue share tied directly to the revenue you create. Your patch is the UK and Europe, so there’s a lot to go at, and a real chance to own a meaningful slice of a fast-growing number. Knowing you have a market leading offering.

You’ll help open new markets, and be the face of our short-stay proposition at the meetings, site visits and industry events that matter.

Were hoping to meet a proven B2B closer with genuine commercial gravitas, equally comfortable presenting to a boardroom and building the financial case behind the deal. Some exposure to hospitality, short stays, serviced accommodation or the living real estate sectors (student, co-living, BTR, multifamily) will help you hit the ground running and is a real plus but the non-negotiable is that you can sell, present and close.

We hire people, not just skill lists, so if you can show us most of the above and the right attitude, we’d love to talk.  Pedigree is important, we need to see you have delivered previously, in return we will reward you financially but also look to bring you on the journey with us as we continue to invest and expand taking market share in the process.

There’s travel involved it’s a client-facing, get-in-the-room kind of role but how and where you do your best work is largely yours to shape, with travel being a feature of the role without becoming a living out of the suitcase scenario.
