Training & Support Associate – SaaS, Bilingual in Spanish (Native) & English – Remote First (Madrid / Mainland Spain only) – 23,000 to 27,000 Euros – Ref: JB127
We are looking for a Training & Support Associate to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up. Their innovative SaaS products help customers optimise and manage their property portfolios for short to medium term stays.
Reporting to the Learning and Content Manager, you will play a key role in providing customer support and training to their clients in Spanish and English. This role is pivotal in empowering their clients by providing them the tools and knowledge they need to get the most from their products.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required:
- You must be a native Spanish speaking with strong English (written and spoken) communication skills
- You will ideally have some form of experience working with bespoke / SaaS Solutions either in a Support, UAT (User Acceptance Testing) or Training or similar capacity
- You must have a real interest AI and its ability to increase your own productivity and be able to evidence how you have used this in your own day to day.
This is a remote first role with occasional travel to their clients based in Madrid.
