Training Associate – SaaS, Bilingual in Spanish & English – Remote First (UK Based) – £25,000 – Ref: JB87
We are looking for a Training Associate to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up. Their innovative products help customers optimise and manage their property portfolios for short to medium term stays.
Reporting to the Learning and Content Manager, you will play a key role in developing and delivering training programs through virtual sessions, videos, and occasionally in person. The main focus of this role is to create and present engaging content by translating complex technical information into client friendly, functional guides. You will collaborate with the support and product teams to analyse customer queries and convert them into knowledge-based articles for future reference.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required:
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills in both languages
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and easily digestible material
- Good video content creation and editing skills, as well as good exposure to digital training tools such as Google Slides, Loom, Canva and/or ChatGPT
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across teams (such as support and product teams) to develop and refine training content
- Ability to analyse customer feedback and queries to proactively create relevant knowledge-based articles and resources
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, user-friendly content
The ideal candidate will have some experience in creating and delivering training content for SaaS or property Management software (PMS) products. Other nice to haves include have prior experience in a Software Support type role.
This is a remote first role with occasional travel to deliver training to UK clients. Unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship so you must have full right to work
