Technical Program Manager – Robotics Systems & Delivery

With active deployments across several industries and sustained funding, they’re scaling fast and need a Technical Program Manager to help steer complex engineering programmes to successful delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across software, hardware, and systems integration

• Define project scope, milestones, and success criteria for robotics programmes

• Translate technical updates into actionable project plans

• Anticipate risks and dependencies, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments

• Champion agile methodologies and best practices within the engineering function

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Experience managing large-scale technical or engineering projects

• Familiarity with robotics, embedded systems, or automation preferred

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Strong problem-solving approach; proactive in removing obstacles

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
