Are you a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager seeking a challenging role at the heart of a significant tech-enabled transformation within a Tech for good environment? We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager to lead multiple projects within a large-scale change program. You will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of key initiatives, working across diverse teams and managing projects through the full lifecycle.
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, aligning them with strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively mitigating potential roadblocks.
- Monitor project progress against plan, track KPIs, and provide regular, insightful status reporting to stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement, managing expectations and building strong relationships.
- Drive the implementation of change management strategies to support project adoption and ensure successful implementation.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditure, and ensure cost control, optimizing resource utilization.
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivering complex, tech-enabled change projects.
- A strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
- Demonstrable experience in managing the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach, with strong analytical and decision-making skills and a focus on delivery.
- Experience in managing project budgets, resources, and risks effectively.
