We are seeking Salesforce Administrators to join our mission to improve health outcomes throughout the UK. We are undertaking an ambitious programme of change with Salesforce taking centre stage for a sizeable part of our operations.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce administrators who are interested to help us migrate our legacy products into the Salesforce family of products and maintain and build on our existing Salesforce platform. You will be working with the wider business to include Product, Security and PMO teams to integrate our cloud services.

This role is a hybrid opportunity (Ideally one day a week based near to Bradford or St Albans). You will be joining a highly collaborative environment with individuals who share the same mission. Individuals in the Admin space who are keen to flex their knowledge of Salesforce Development or increase their knowledge of Apex, Visualforce etc. will also be given the opportunity to improve their skills.

Duties will include:

  • Serve as a primary member of the system administration team for the Salesforce.com environment.
  • Ongoing Salesforce declarative updates and changes aligned to Release Management process and reflecting new project driven adaptations and additions.
  • Handle fundamental admin functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards and other routine tasks  
  • Work with the wider business to help scope new Automated flows, strong communication skills and an ability to liaise with technical and non-technical teams is a requirement of the role.
  • internal system audits with recommendations
  • Prepare for internal/Salesforce releases with security and platform availability in mind.
  • Manage Salesforce.com element for data feeds and other integrations (Mulesoft, Azure logic apps and more). 
  • Monitor and report on the use and adoption of Salesforce, work with the wider business to mentor and train others.
  • Evaluate, scope and completion of new development requests  
  • Lead “Help Desk” triage and request prioritization, provide Tier 2/3 support as required.
  • Create documentation and training content as needed. 
  • Security patches and refresh.
  • Act as advisor to senior management on opportunities and risks within the Salesforce environment.
  • Work with the leadership team to establish suitable processes to support admin and ongoing project driven opportunities.

Applicants will display experience of working in high traffic Salesforce environments, to include Data Loading etc. Applicants with exposure to APEX to include personal projects and/or Architecture, App builder, LWC or Visualforce are encouraged to apply.
