Product Director – B2B SaaS, AI First Product Transformation – London / Hybrid (2 to 3 days a Month in the London office) – £120,000 to £140,000
We are on the hunt for a Product Director to join a growing B2B SaaS scale-up. This is a high-impact opportunity where you will drive a step-change in how the company builds products, moving toward an AI-first, agent-driven approach.
You will work closely with design and engineering teams to translate product vision into well-scoped, deliverable features. At the same time, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deeply understand user needs and business priorities.
This role will shape product strategy across a complex B2B feature rich SaaS portfolio aimed at enterprise level clients. A big part of this role involves driving the transitioning of the product function toward an agentic engineering and product model, where AI tools and autonomous workflows are embedded into day-to-day product development.
You will act as a senior product leader reporting into the CPO, leading a small team of Product Managers while also being hands on and taking on a few of the harder problems yourself.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrable experience managing complex, multi-team product portfolios within B2B SaaS environments. Enterprise or high-growth SMB experience is equally welcome as complexity matters more than company size.
- Hands-on experience using AI to improve product management workflows. You should be able to demonstrate what you have built, automated, or enhanced using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, LangChain, Langfuse, or similar.
- Strong technical fluency. You are comfortable discussing Git workflows, frontend and backend technologies, APIs, GraphQL, and can confidently assess whether an AI-generated architectural recommendation makes sense.
- Excellent product judgement combined with strong strategic, analytical, design, and technical thinking.
- An experimental mindset where you are comfortable creating the playbook as you go.
- Outstanding customer empathy. You regularly engage with users and senior stakeholders to understand their needs and translate insights into product decisions.
Nice to Have
- Experience evaluating prompts and LLM performance using tools such as Langfuse, with an understanding of how Product Managers contribute to AI output quality.
- Experience using AI agents and agentic workflows to run product discovery, validation, and PRD generation instead of relying solely on traditional documentation.
