Revenue Manager – Pricing Analysis, Yield Management – Remote (UK or Europe Only) – £40,000 – Ref: JB86

We are currently looking for a hands-on Revenue Manager to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up. Their innovative products help customers to optimise and manage their property portfolios for short to medium term stays. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Management, you will play a key role in developing pricing strategies and leveraging commercial data to drive revenue.

The role would suit someone who thrives on building systems and processes from the ground up to ensure data is always available. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with internal teams and presenting performance and forecasts to clients.

Skills, knowledge and Experience required:

  • Recent experience in a similar Revenue Management/Pricing Analysis role within the hotel, short-term rental, travel, or a related industry
  • Comfortable working within a scaling business and experienced in proposing and implementing tools, systems, and processes from the ground up, as well as optimising current systems
  • Strong understanding of pricing and yield management principles and techniques
  • Proven background in monitoring market/competitor activity and analysing data to provide strategic recommendations on pricing and revenue decisions

This is a permanent role (not a B2B contract). You can be based anywhere within the UK or Europe, but you must have full right to work in that location.
