To help us co-ordinate our product roadmap we require the assistance of a seasoned Project manager well versed in technology enabled Business change. Working closely with the C-suite and department leaders you will be highly visible across the business, assisting the CEO to understand opportunities and driving existing planned changes.
The company culture is very inclusive with a strong social scene and low attrition. However there is also a sizeable monolithic software platform in place and moving away from this legacy model will be challenging at times. You will be the first hire in to a PMO role within the organisation so in addition to your abilities managing projects your wider input in to building out the PMO function to streamline processes and introduce standardised operating frameworks (Prince2, Agile) will also be welcomed.
This is a newly created role with the opportunity to not only shape the function but also work closely with the CEO and IT Director to help define the Technology function within the business moving forward.
