We are now seeking a seasoned Project Manager able to review and streamline our processes while juggling a demanding clientele. We pride ourselves on our innovation, not only regarding the technology we develop, but also the frameworks and approaches we utilise to deliver our service.
We are an Agile environment, currently utilising Jira to underpin our metrics and project flow, but we are always looking to improve. We hope under your watchful gaze you can bring your knowledge to the team to implement changes while still managing the Busy BAU elements of your role. This is a genuine opportunity to stamp your mark on the department. This role will see you also leaning in to the world of Business Analysis working with our end clients to understand their needs prior to taking them into meaningful deliverables for the technical team, while always ensuring expectations are aligned.
This is a varied role by nature, but the successful party can expect to be involved with:
Project Leadership: Lead complex digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Agile Methodology: Embrace Agile methodologies to foster collaboration, flexibility, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
Technical Expertise: Collaborate with technical teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruptions.
Shortlisted applicants will display a knowledge of working in Digital environments working with end clients within an Agile environment. Millions of transactions go through our sites every second. Applicants versed in working on high traffic digital solutions are of particular interest. As are applicants holding PM related qualifications, though relevant vocational experience in their absence is equally welcomed.
