LLM Research Scientist – Open Source AI

What You’ll Do:
- Research and develop next-generation foundation models with improved efficiency
- Design novel architectures for multimodal and reasoning-enhanced language models
- Lead open-source initiatives and contribute to the global AI research community
- Optimize training procedures for large-scale distributed model development
- Collaborate with enterprise partners to adapt models for specific industry applications
Requirements:
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years experience with large language model research and development
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and scaling laws
- Experience with distributed training frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, DeepSpeed)
- Track record of publications at top ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
