IT Operations Manager – Robotics Infrastructure & Systems

Their growth has accelerated rapidly, and with multiple product lines now in deployment, the business is investing in strengthening its technical backbone — ensuring their IT systems, networks, and security scale as fast as their engineering capabilities.

To support that mission, they’re now looking for an IT Operations Manager to take ownership of infrastructure and technology operations across the business. You’ll be the key figure ensuring uptime, resilience, and operational excellence across a complex and fast-moving organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the day-to-day management of IT systems, infrastructure, and networks across multiple sites

• Partner with engineering and production teams to deliver reliable systems supporting development and deployment

• Implement best-in-class IT security, compliance, and disaster recovery procedures

• Oversee system integrations, upgrades, and migrations as the company scales

• Manage vendor relationships and internal support to keep everything running smoothly

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Proven experience leading IT operations within a technology, manufacturing, or engineering company

• Strong understanding of networks, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles

• Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills

• Ability to design scalable systems in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
