Implementation Manager – SaaS – Remote First (Planning Sessions once a Quarter in the London Office) – £40,000 to £50,000 – Ref JB163
We are currently on the hunt for an Implementation Manager, to join a growing B2B SaaS scale-up. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in introducing their cutting-edge products and services to new clients across Europe.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about the impact of technology and is eager to drive successful client engagements. You will be hands-on with the technical details while also thinking strategically about implementation approaches and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and manage approximately 10 concurrent implementation projects for both UK & European clients
- Act as the primary point of contact, serving as both the client’s project manager and product consultant during the implementation phase, to ensure a seamless experience
- Collaborate with customer success, sales and product teams to build strategies suitable for diverse markets
- Serve as a subject matter expert on their platform
- Educate and train customers on platform functionality and capabilities, empowering them to make informed configuration decisions that align with their operational needs and business objectives
- Conduct in-depth discovery conversations with clients to identify and document requirements to ensure a successful go-live
Skills, knowledge and Experience required:
- You must have previous experience working in a product-focused SaaS start-up / scale-up environment
- You must have prior experience in a similar role focused on Implementation, On Boarding and Customer Success
- You are proactive and someone who likes autonomy with the ability to have real impact
- Your comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently
Other nice to have “non-essential” skills, knowledge and Experience include
- Any experience working on products within the PropTech, Hospitality or Short Stays sector, would be a real plus
- Prior experience of using AI to help make yourself more productive and / or improve process optimisation
- Someone who is bilingual in English and either Spanish or Portuguese who be a real nice to have
