As CDIO, you will be a transformational leader on our executive team, responsible for orchestrating the organization’s digital evolution. Key Responsibilities…

Digital Business Transformation

  • Drive end-to-end digital transformation that fundamentally reimagines our business and operating models
  • Identify and develop new revenue streams and digital value propositions
  • Champion customer-centric innovation by leveraging digital technologies to enhance the customer journey
  • Cultivate a digital-first mindset and data-driven culture across the organization

Strategic Digital Leadership

  • Design and execute a comprehensive digital roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies to create competitive advantage

Technology & Data Orchestration

  • Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives in financial services
  • Experience in reimagining business models and creating new digital value propositions
  • Strong understanding of customer experience design and digital product development
  • Expertise in emerging technologies including AI, cloud, data analytics, and API ecosystems
  • Background in fostering innovation cultures and managing organizational change
  • Experience building and leading cross-functional digital teams
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field; MBA or technology leadership qualification preferred
