Our Customer Success team is a key part of the company’s strategy. Their work is the ‘face’ of the business. Unlike many SaaS providers in the space, we pride ourselves on solutions led consultancy. Our customer success team is made up of professionals who know the pain points of the end clients we serve, each of them coming from their environments. We work closely with them to deal with their ‘real world’ headaches, using our software solutions as part of an overall strategy that provides increased revenues and an uptick in residency across their property portfolios. Our clients include the globe’s largest asset managers and operators. They demand the best from their partners and we look to our customer service team to provide that level of service.
Working closely with our clients, you will provide genuine value that ensures our clients grow with us. You will also be the eyes and ears of the business, working closely with the product and sales teams to share opportunities to improve our offering and venture new partnership opportunities. Applicants will preferably be from a hands on operational back ground within the Hotelier, Holiday Lets or STR market, or from a PropTech environment. The company is growing rapidly, the ability to think on your feet, take on board new skill sets and a willingness to learn will be paramount to building a career with us.
