He has worked both internally and as an RPO partner director with international recruitment agencies, giving him unique insight into the challenges organisations face when scaling technical teams.

Starting his career at major agencies including Hays and Adecco, Mark quickly recognized the gap between what technology companies needed and what traditional recruitment delivered. This insight led him to co-found H&H in 2013, built on the principle of genuine consultancy rather than transactional CV sending.
