We are currently looking for a Director of Engineering to join a B2B SaaS scale-up. Reporting to the Head of Engineering / CTO, you will play a pivotal role in the execution and delivery of their technical strategy.

A big part of the role will be aligning the engineering efforts with the business goals. This will include translating the technical strategy into actional plans and ensuring on time delivery. We need someone who is comfortable balancing speed and quality, with the ability to make informed decisions and trade-offs to achieve project goals.

You will be responsible for overseeing the hiring and development of new team members, ensuring everyone follows best practices and established engineering methodologies.
