Job Title: Senior Oracle ERP Consultant/Architect
Location: Milan – Occasional expensed travel – 70% remote.
Duration: 6 weeks initially
Rate: £600 a day.

Are you a highly experienced Oracle ERP expert with a deep understanding of both eBusiness Suite and Fusion?
A leading client is embarking on an ERP replacement project and needs your expertise to guide their decision-making. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your functional and technical skills to shape the future state architecture of their business.
Responsibilities:
- Validate Oracle eBusiness Suite and Fusion ERP solutions against defined ‘to-be’ processes.
- Conduct a comprehensive gap analysis, identifying areas of alignment and divergence.
- Collaborate with a wider team to design the future state architecture.
- Develop accurate implementation estimations, considering timelines, resources, and potential challenges.
- Produce a detailed recommendations document, outlining findings, proposed solutions, and strategic guidance.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite ERP.
- Proven track record in Oracle Fusion ERP (ideally with experience in Financials projects).
- Strong functional knowledge of AR, AP, GL, P2P, Cost Management, etc.
- Deep understanding of complex billing and eBusiness Suite Service Contracts.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable with occasional travel to Italy.
- Experience in project estimation for both eBusiness Suite and Fusion solutions.
- Knowledge of Oracle license structures is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in a similar ERP evaluation or implementation project is a strong asset.
