Operating across Europe and the US our technology, with serious VC backing we are continuing to scale and that includes this newly created role.

As part of our continued expansion, we are revolutionising our customer success, learning, and onboarding functions. We aren’t just looking for a traditional software trainer; we are looking for a tech-savvy educator who leans heavily into AI and automation to scale the way our customers learn. The Role: The successful applicant will sit at the intersection of customer education and technical implementation. You will not only deliver well-choreographed training materials and workshops, but you will actively build automated workflows (using tools like Zapier, n8n, Claude, Make etc.) and utilise prompt engineering to enhance both the customer journey and our internal knowledge base.

You will take significant oversight of the company’s help centre, transitioning it from a static library into a dynamic, AI-assisted learning hub. Your goal is to ensure our clients are technically equipped to maximise the value of our products.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Customer Enablement: Develop and facilitate training programmes across virtual and in-person formats, spanning new customer onboarding, internal team enablement, and tailored feature workshops.
• AI & Automation Execution: Go beyond basic ChatGPT use. You will actively design and build automated workflows (e.g., Zapier, APIs, n8n) to streamline how training is delivered and how clients integrate our software into their daily operations.
• Content Creation: Produce polished, modern training materials—from written documentation to highly engaging Loom walkthroughs and interactive guides.
• Knowledge Management: Take ownership of our help centre. You will help train and refine our internal AI systems and chatbots through advanced prompt engineering, ensuring they deliver reliable, brand-consistent responses to customer inquiries.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and support teams to document feature updates, validate new workflows, and ensure enterprise clients receive comprehensive, technically sound training rollouts.

Who We’re Looking For:

• The “Trainer First, AI Second” Mindset: You have proven experience in customer onboarding, software training, or technical customer success within a B2B SaaS or scale-up environment.
• Hands-On AI Experience: You don’t just read about AI; you use it. You can demonstrate commercial experience with prompt engineering and workflow automation (Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar API integrations).
• Exceptional Communication: Your writing is clear, precise, and error-free. You have a natural ability to break down highly complex, technical software concepts into simple, actionable language for diverse audiences.
• Agile & Autonomous: You are highly organised, capable of managing multiple concurrent onboarding projects, and comfortable operating in a high-growth scale-up where processes are constantly evolving.
• Continuous Improver: You don’t view training as a one-time effort. You constantly analyse participant feedback and support ticket data to refine your approach and evolve the learning experience.
