Artificial Intelligence is only as good as the data it learns from. Today, too many models rely on scraped internet data or synthetic simulations, resulting in inherent biases and a profound lack of real-world representation. We are building the infrastructure to change that, making everyday human actions the foundation for training advanced AI and robotic systems.
We are a well-capitalized, high-growth startup providing AI companies with custom, high-fidelity training data collected from real people doing real things. We are transforming everyday environments into structured, queryable information. Through a highly engaging, app-centric environment, users gather and upload diverse media—spanning photography, audio recordings, video clips, and geographic waypoints. By making this collection process accessible and rewarding, we are ensuring intelligent systems are trained on diverse, unbiased, and genuinely representative human behavior.
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join early, own core product areas, and shape not only what our contributors see and use, but also how we design as a team. Expect a fast-moving, ambitious environment where collective success and rapid iteration take priority over administrative perfection.
You will own the mechanics of our user experience:

Reimagine Motivation: Define the app’s behavioral mechanics, introducing gamified elements such as streaks, leaderboards, and reward loops to drive long-term retention. You are designing the engine that makes contributing to ethical AI highly engaging.

Master the Capture Flow: Build robust recording tools that provide instant validation, giving users the certainty that their inputs satisfy rigorous machine learning requirements.

Architect Location-Based UX: Architect the central geospatial experience, enabling users to uncover and travel to specific geographic objectives in their physical surroundings.

Establish a Custom Visual Language: Standard component libraries won’t cut it here; you will craft custom visual elements and interaction flows that deliver a unified, high-end feel regardless of whether the user is on iOS or Android.

Build Systems for Scale: Architect a design system that supports fast iteration and a platform-agnostic UI, designed to perform well across frameworks such as Flutter.

Consumer Mobile Expertise: 5+ years of product design experience, with a track record of shipping thoughtful, user-facing work in a high-growth environment.

Behavioral Psychology: Ground your design choices in both qualitative insights and behavioral data.

Systems Thinker & Craft Obsessive: You don’t just design screens; you build the components and logic that power them. You possess a strong visual sensibility and high bar for interaction design.

Technical Fluency: You are an expert in Figma for system design and prototyping, and you understand the realities of implementing modern frameworks.

Bonus Backgrounds: Experience designing for interactive maps (Mapbox, Google Maps API) or location-based mobile UX, as well as products that leverage behavioral psychology.
