Production Engineer – Robotics & Field Systems

An emerging player in advanced robotics manufacturing is seeking a Production Engineer to join its growing operations team. This role bridges the gap between engineering design and large-scale production, ensuring complex robotic systems are built and deployed to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the transition of prototypes into scalable, production-ready systems

• Define assembly processes, quality controls, and documentation standards

• Work alongside design engineers to refine manufacturability

• Support field operations with troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives

• Drive efficiency and reliability throughout the production lifecycle

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Hands-on experience with electromechanical assembly or robotics hardware

• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic ability

• Working knowledge of manufacturing principles and quality assurance

• Collaborative mindset with attention to detail

• Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
