Our very own 12-week induction academy, shares our ‘winning’ ways, providing you with a firm foundation to accelerate your recruitment career. The first 4 weeks are all about you settling into our team and understanding what it takes to be an H&H consultant. We do not rush this stage of your development; we are starting this career journey together.

Personal Development

As a Talent Consultant, you will work with organisations and individuals to provide recruitment expertise, bringing people together and creating winning cultures that drive business innovation and success. Seeking a varied, challenging, fun and rewarding week?

As a Talent Consultant, you will be responsible for a broad range of daily activities, resulting in great talent being matched with market-leading organisations. You will play a key role in helping people and organisations fulfil their aspirations; you really do make a difference.

Within this rewarding role, you will need to be comfortable building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. Recruitment is all about ‘people’; it includes sales, account management, administration, and marketing activities. A typical day might look like this...

  • Interviewing professionals to truly understand their skills, experience, value, motivations, and aspirations. Meet with clients (via video calls and face-to-face) to understand their talent needs and how you can effectively support their talent attraction and retention strategies.
  • Coordinating client interview processes, ensuring both our candidates and clients receive a positive experience.
  • Managing job offers and supporting onboarding strategies (love this part, you really do make a positive difference in people’s lives)
  • Business development via the phone and social media channels to win new clients.
  • Account management, ensuring we support our clients and continue to be their go-to supplier, ready to support their growth.
  • Hybrid working within a vibrant office environment, where both successes and failures (there can be lots) are celebrated.
