Role Overview:
As a Senior C# .NET Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and deployment of innovative solutions for our clients, aligning with the ethos of embracing change and finding solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and designers, to ensure seamless integration of technologies and successful project outcomes. Your expertise in Microsoft Development will be key in moving our client’s projects forward but our clients work with us for our ability to recognise the realities of working in the real world, all our Developers are as comfortable writing code as they are working with end clients to ‘polish’ their requirements. We value creativity and hire ‘people’ not just skills. Our team appreciate our willingness to invest in them, from personal projects exploring the latest in ML / AI to sponsored formal qualifications. Along with a range of end client projects it makes for a work environment that encourages personal growth. Our Hybrid working patterns provide a blend of remote and collaborative working, ensuring we all feel connected without the ‘Big Brother’ you must be in the office culture that plagues some of our peers.

We like to grab a coffee with internal team members and end clients to thrash out solutions on a whiteboard, from Ideation of a concept to migrating legacy platforms to the cloud we do it from a people-first perspective.
