Aftersales Executive – Green Solutions

We are a leading supplier to Commercial and Domestic customers providing custom solutions covering green innovation to include EV’s, Solar, Heat Pumps and more. We are a recognised partner to the Global leaders in this space, installing solutions throughout the Southeast of England. Our teams are steadily moving the UK to a brighter future, one with better air quality, lower carbon emissions and for our commercial clients a competitive advantage on the back of cheaper fuel costs.

Our reputation has seen many of the newcomers entering the green innovation space approaching us in the hope we will become their install partners for the Southeast region for both domestic and commercial settings. We are now seeking a highly resourceful, strong communicator who can support our new and existing customers with Technical and user experiences. Working alongside our small but growing team you will be a first port of call for customers who have questions about our holistic range of services and products. You will also work closely with our sales team providing providing technical support during the sales process in the form of technical insight and advice.

We have an order book that is bursting at the seams largely through word-of-mouth referrals. Backed by new investment, we are looking to expand our team to deliver for our existing portfolio of clients who include many of the region’s prestige brand car showrooms and also to facilitate our verticals in solar and Battery storage that have skyrocketed far more quickly than we expected. We are hell-bent on ensuring everyone in the business shares the wins, it’s important to us that everyone feels empowered to have a rewarding career with us which is why we are working with suppliers to ensure we are the best trained professionals in the sector.


The successful candidate will bring with them a technical mindset not necessarily from the Green sector but you will be capable of understanding innovative technologies, and conveying technical subject matter to non-technical end users. In addition to working with our suppliers to resolve customer queries you will also be responsible for building out a resource library in the form of a knowledge base that will empower end users and internal members of the team to resolve their own queries.  

This role is wide and varied and will require someone able to take on new skills and be able to utilise the resources online and via end suppliers to create a market leading aftersales service.
