Customer Success Manager
We are a successful SaaS provider in the PropTech arena. Our innovations have disrupted the market, allowing us to grow our market share across Europe and the US. To support this growth, we are expanding our customer success team. We are looking for individuals with experience in the short-stay or short-term rental sector, either through technology-driven solutions or as operators in the industry.
This role will have you working closely with our clients, helping them develop and implement strategies for their property portfolios. Our technology is a powerful tool, but it requires insight and expertise to be fully effective. You will be a key partner to our clients, building long-term relationships and guiding them in crafting successful strategies for short-term rentals.
Unlike many in the SaaS space, we are a profitable business. Our growth in Europe is driven by reinvesting our profits. We are a 100% remote company, and we always have been. Applicants for this role should be skilled in conducting discovery-phase conversations and have a solid understanding of the commercial metrics used in the short-stay sector. Delivering meaningful solutions begins with understanding your clients’ pain points. You should be adept at presenting data-driven solutions, using data to support your proposals, and creating infographics and well-articulated arguments.
