The majority of our clients benefit from our fixed fee services from just a handful of hires, but we recognise not everyone is looking to hire multiple people in the next 12 months, so we are happy to offer old-school contingency recruitment services.

Can we still hire contractors?

Sure, we are not going to lie to you if you are building a team or have multiple hires in mind then you really should be chatting to us about our fixed fee operating model, but we are happy to work with organisations on a traditional day rate basis with the same high spec of IR35 compliance, Payroll and Self Billing as we offer our fixed fee clientele.
